Se resuelve el conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Manizales y el Juzgado Octavo Penal Municipal con Función de Control de Garantías de la misma ciudad, en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
La Sala reitera las normas que determinan la competencia en materia de tutela y decide el asunto ordenando el expediente al Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Manizales, para que sin más demoras continúe con el trámite del amparo constitucional solicitado y adopte la decisión de fondo que corresponda.

- Octavo. Penal Municipal con Función de Control de Garantías de Manizales.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente contentivo de la acción de tutela instaurada por Beatriz Eugenia Lince Ocampo contra Porvenir, al Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Manizales, para que sin más demoras, continúe con el trámite de la primera instancia y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.
